Office Hours
We are open to serve you, answer questions or schedule an appointment during the following hours:
Monday – Thursday: 8:30 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- One week each month we close on Monday and are open Tuesday through Friday.
- On the Mondays or Fridays that the main clinic is closed, an assistant is typically available in the office form 8:30-12:30 to answer calls and take care of emergencies.
Appointments
Your scheduled appointment time has been reserved specifically for you. We request 48-hours notice if you need to cancel your appointment. We are aware that unforeseen events sometimes require missing an appointment – please call us so we can invite another patient to take your place.
Insurance
Our office is committed to helping you maximize your insurance benefits. We are providers for most insurance plans. Our New Patient Treatment Coordinator and Financial Coordinator will assist you in determining your benefits. If you have any questions regarding coverage please don’t hesitate to call. As a service to our patients, we will bill insurance companies for services. If you have any questions, our courteous staff is always available to answer them.
