During your first visit to the office, our Treatment Coordinator will greet you and take you on a brief tour to familiarize you with our office. She has been trained to assist Drs. Martin and Smith in reviewing your health history and preparing you for a thorough orthodontic examination by the doctor.
After your tour Dr. Martin will do an examination and evaluate your orthodontic problems, recommend a treatment plan and estimate an approximate time to complete your specific treatment. We are happy to answer any questions you may have. A treatment fee will be quoted and, with your input, our financial coordinator will prepare a financial plan tailored for you. If you would like, diagnostic records can usually be taken at this first visit to facilitate beginning treatment as soon as possible.
